11/30/15 - Zoey and Tyra are a bonded pair of 8-year old females, probably litter mates, that were surrendered by a breeder because they were not producing as well as they once did. These two girls are very nearly inseparable and appear to rely on one another for comfort, especially with all the change in their lives. Zoey and Tyra are with one of our most experienced, long-term fosters and are learning all kinds of new things, among them the benefit of a doggie door. They are adjusting quickly to home life indoors, and once settled, will probably be trustworthy free-roamers. They are described as "super sweet" and have had no difficulty with the adult male Weim in the home, or with small dogs and young children. We will update this bio for both girls as we get to know them. Given their bonded status, we hope to place them together, and the adoption fee would be adjusted. These two girls would be a wonderful pair for a first-time Weim adopter, or for a moderately actively home that could show them the fun and comfort of being loved and cared for.
